Okay. Well, I was thinking for a while and a random thought popped into my head. See... Maybe you should have deadlines for things. You know how you can post your character for the story? Well, you can't wait like 10 months until you start the story. You should have a deadline, and then those are the characters that are for that story. Then when you are done that story you can continue a new one. That, or you can allow people to reserve positions for the next story and then their characters can be placed in that story. You get the idea? I'm not saying you have to do this, but it would make things way more organized.

*nod* i thought of this before...and silk, miracle-lancer, and i really wanted to start the manga soon...so we were going to start once the boss gets in..
deadlines would be good, but i don't know if we should put pressure on everyone especially since this is volunteer-only...but i promise that if we don't get a boss in by next week we will start the manga, i'll make sure of that, and make a boss of our own. if we don't, you will see one MAD lady around here.......and you do NOT want to see that....

Well, give people maybe a few weeks to gather all the characters together. I still have to post mine. Lol. Deadlines are not really pressure. They are a way to organize things. Just if you have them, make them so they don't pressure people. That would suck.

well, it's ok if other people join while the manga is in progress, but the boss is the most important character seeing as how he's the creator of the AGENT org. so that's why we're waiting on his deviation to arrive

Yeah, I understand. That is why I mentioned that while the one story is going on you could work on getting all the other characters for teh next story together. See... You can't have people posting new characters when the story is already going on... That would not work out that well. Understand? So yeah.. I was just saying.. Try getting a whole bunch of characters together for his story.. And once you are done... Maybe gather characters new people posted and use them for the next story.

eh? are we doing this by story now?

anyway, people can join while we're doing the story because we can always introduce them later since in most manga, all the characters aren't introduced at once (sometimes new (main) characters are introduced in the second volume!)

and i see what you mean by multitasking, it's not a bad idea, but we need to see how everyone works...i'll try to get people to start on future chapters beforehand, then

Yeah, you got a point. Although, wouldn't it be hard to fit everyone in a manga? What about if their were 50 people who joined the club?

ah..that would be troublesome if that many people joined...but i hope we can fit everyone's in!!!!

anyway, i'm writing my version of the story right now, just so that we at least have something concrete...because we just keep throwing out ideas but we haven't written an actual story yet...

We have a boss... She just... She's not back yet. And there is someone who already volunteered to draw the boss if Silk doesn't get back in time. :hug:

Lol. No, the main people wanted a boss who was older. Like in his Mid 40's and is a very intelligent man.
